my gp is dr surman is fantastic, best GP ever. I total trust him. Prescriptions are quite often not ready as is the case today. Ive been out of meds since Monday, today being wednesday. Stil not ready today. Also must be hard for older people or very sick to turn up to get an appointment.

The best thing - my wonderful doctor The disappointing thing - having to wait for 18 days to have a fasting blood test (needed to determine whether there is an infection which is having repercussions on my health) Although there are bank holidays which have made the wait longer than normal. Ive found that there is always too long and wait for blood tests.

Doctor is knowledgeale and attentive, taking care to explain symptons, tests and results. Also friendly. General admin could be improved as rarely get seen at the booked time. while it is easy to get an appoinment, available times seem limited and lunch closure is an issue.
